Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards. Kindly ensure that check-out is completed by 12:00 PM.
Payment Policy
We kindly request that full payment be settled prior to check-in.
Hotel Property & Damages
We respectfully ask all guests to take good care of the room and hotel facilities. Any damage to the room or hotel property, whether accidental or intentional, will be the responsibility of the registered guest. Charges for repair, replacement, or special cleaning may apply and will be billed accordingly. In severe cases, further action may be taken as necessary.
Please note that damage to mattresses, linens, towels, and other furnishings—such as stains caused by oils, makeup, or similar substances—may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If you experience any disturbance, please feel free to contact our Front Desk team at any time for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Total Charge - Total Amount of the Deposit - If you cancel up to 1 day before the arrival date.
